SUMMARY
Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an individual with experience with C-UAS systems or similar Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) FSR roles that can support ATSC programs in multiple roles while being trained to assume a greater role within ATSC programs. This person will work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Technical Writer and Program Management while reporting to the Training Manager.
ESSENTIALRESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals. Receive training as a Field Service Representative (FSR).
Receivetrainingintechnicalareassuchaselectricalsystems,communications,radio,cameras,ITnetworking,vehicles,mechanicsetc.
WorkdirectlywithC-UASengineerstosupportthedevelopment,testinganddemonstrationofC-UASsystems.
WorkdirectlywiththeProductionteaminassemblingC-UASsystems.
WorkdirectlywithProgramManagementprovidingassistancewhereneeded.
Resolveproductorserviceproblemsbydeterminingthecauseoftheproblem;selectingandexplainingthebestsolutiontosolvetheproblem;expeditingcorrectionoradjustment;asitpertainstothemilitaryfieldenvironment
Buildsustainablerelationshipsoftrustthroughopenandinteractivecommunication

Attend regular status meetings as directed to effectively communicate relevant project information

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in an applicable field of study
2 yrs Military experience with a C-UAS program as either an Operator/FSR or Instructor (Instructor or Trainer certifications preferred) may be used in leu of degree.
