This is an entry level position that will focus on outreach to candidates/applicants, scheduling them for either New Hire Onboarding groups or Training groups.
The highest priority is to diligently and efficiently make numerous calls per hour in order to support our Peak Season hiring of seasonal warehouse associates.
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy individual to join our team during our current Peak Season. This is a fast-paced, entry-level position focused entirely on phone and text outreach to candidates and applicants. Your main goal is to efficiently manage high-volume outreach to schedule candidates for New Hire Onboarding and Training sessions, ensuring our warehouse is fully staffed for our busiest time of the year.
