Over the summer you'll combine what you learn in the classroom with applied work experience in Human Resources.As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to:Collaborate with a cross-functional team to explore and understand the interrelationships between various HR departments, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Integrated Systems, Compensation, HR Operations, and Talent Management.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; minimum of a sophomore year in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fieldA minimum GPA of 3.0Authorized to work in the United StatesAble to work 10-12 weeks consecutively during the summerOpen to working in Solon, OH without relocation supportPreferred:Prior internship experienceAnalytical SkillsMicrosoft Suite experienceProject Management capabilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsWorking Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsSwagelok provides a comprehensive package of valuable benefits called Total Rewards focused on health and wellness, compensation, retirement planning, and supplemental rewards.To apply: Click 'Apply Now' to the role of interest, upload your resume and complete the application.
